Due to the nature of digital and personalized services, all purchases are generally considered final once the service has been delivered, generated, or accessed.

2. Numerology Reports

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The report has been downloaded or accessed.
  • You are dissatisfied with the interpretation or recommendations provided.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The report was not delivered within the promised timeframe.
  • A duplicate payment was made.

3. Personal Consultations

Cancellation by Customer

  • Bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment may be eligible for rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are generally non-refundable.

Missed Appointments

If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Cancellation by Us

  • Rescheduled appointment.

4. Name Correction Services

Since personalized numerology services require expert analysis and manual work, refunds cannot be provided once work has commenced.

All digital products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted.

6. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same service, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

7. Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the order is not successfully processed, the amount may be automatically reversed by the payment provider or refunded after verification.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.

9. Non-Refundable Circumstances
